  • Photos are delivered the next day!

  • We service all of North Georgia, greater Atlanta, Southern Tennessee, West Alabama, and we have recently added Central Florida including Orlando, Tampa, St. Petersburg and surrounding areas.

  • Yes! We travel all the time. We just add on travel fees.

  • You can access your media through your customer account. You can preview all media before making payment, and everything is easily downloaded from one location.

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, so that adjustments to the photographer's calendar can be made. You can reschedule and change appointments through your customer account. Please note if the photographer is already in route to the property you will be charged a cancelation fee.

  • We have a strict policy that we do not deliver RAW materials.

  • We will not stage the home. We ask that the property is ready when we arrive. We will ensure that lights are on, trashcans are moved, and blinds are open etc.

    Please note that properties are photographed as is. We allot a specific amount of time and for your session and moving items adds time and slows down the session.

    We do offer virtual staging and cleaning in our add on section!

  • No problem, as long as you've made us aware and clearly explain the exact shot you're looking for, we'll do our best to make it happen. In the case that you forgot a shot, we can assist with that as well. Missed shots can be easily captured and rescheduled for the next available time slot for only $50.
